What is NICA?

The National Interscholastic Cycling Association is a leader in the youth mountain biking movement. With leagues across the country, NICA is transforming the way kids experience youth sports, using mountain bikes as a tool to build strong minds, bodies, character, and communities. There are no tryouts, there’s no bench: everyone rides, and everyone has a place in NICA.

Why Oklahoma?

  • Trails: Welcome to Oklahoma, where we have a booming (and expanding!) mountain bike culture!
  • Kids: All Oklahoma youth need healthy ways to move, be active, and find community through sport
