OK NICA Frequently Asked Questions
When do we Ride?
OK NICA is a Fall league. Team practices will commence in the summer of 2025, with racing and other program activities set to begin in the Fall of 2025:
- Registration for coaches will open on March 1, 2025.
- Student-athletes can register starting on April 1, 2025, to start their pre-season activities.
The regular season is scheduled to kick off on July 1, 2025.
How do I recruit Athletes?
It is easier than you think!
- Flyers around your School and Local bike shop.
- Asking a Friend to join a practice has a high success rate.
- Meeting people on the trail.
What if I don’t have a bike?
The league has bikes to check out for the season. Your coach will have the information to check out a bike.
Can I try it out before I commit to a season?
Absolutely, The league hosts try it out days. Your local team can also have you attend a practice, to get started.
